By completing the registration process, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds:
1. No Cancellation Post Registration
Once the registration process is completed and the registration amount is paid, no cancellation request will be entertained under any circumstances.
The registration amount is non-refundable, as it includes expenses towards travel, site visit arrangements, coordination efforts, and other operational costs incurred per applicant.
By registering, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
2. Adjustment of Registration Amount Upon Allotment
Upon successful allotment of a plot, your registration amount will be fully adjusted against your BUC (Basic Unit Cost) or total payable amount for the plot.
This ensures that the registration fee becomes a part of your investment and is not an additional cost beyond the final payment structure.
3. Special Conditions
Failure to proceed with documentation or payment after allotment will result in cancellation by default, without any refund of the registration amount.
Mirrikh Infratech reserves the right to cancel any booking in the event of fraudulent or incomplete information, misuse of the platform, or non-compliance with KYC or project guidelines—with or without any refund.
4. No Transfer of Registration
The registration made by a user/applicant is non-transferable to any other individual or entity.
No adjustments, substitutions, or claim transfers will be accepted.
5. Policy Revisions
Mirrikh Infratech reserves the right to update or revise this Cancellation & Refund Policy without prior notice.
Any such changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the official website. It is the responsibility of the applicant to stay updated with the latest version.
